Villa Amalfi is an upscale, old world style fine dining Italian restaurant, one of the best in the Toms River area.
This is a family owned and operated business under the careful eye of owners Carlo Boemio and Andre Esposito who watch over every detail of food preparation and service.
The restaurant is located in an attractive free-standing white brick, villa styled building with tall arched windows. The interior decor is opulent featuring a large mural of the Amalfi Coast in the entrance foyer.
The spacious dining room, with seating for 220 diners, is done up with attractive columns, gossamer curtains, stained glass panels, sconces, chandeliers, soft carpeting, and tables set with white linen and burgundy napkins.
For added Italian ambiance, opera music plays in the background. On weekends they have live music by a pianist playing soft background music.
The cuisine is high-end Neapolitan, using fresh ingredients with a large menu offering a variety of antipasti, insalata-ministra, pasta-rissoto, traditional Italian entrees, and desserts.
They are open for lunch and also have an early-bird sunset dinner menu from 2:00 to 4:45pm.
Villa Amalfi is also open on Thanksgiving Day serving a traditional turkey dinner in addition to their normal Italian menu. They are also open Easter, Mother's and Father's day.
