Learn how to identify and tap maple trees, collect sap, and make real maple syrup over a wood-fired evaporator. Finish with a syrup taste test! This program will be held entirely outdoors, so dress for the weather. Syrup will be available for purchase, while supplies last.

This is a week long festival with many events including a 10K race, trolley bus tours, and family Day with Japanese cultural activities, including demonstrations on origami, bonsai, ikebana, and martial arts.

It's an event full of activities for the whole family. This event kicks off on Saturday with JSBR skiff racing and Roar on the River Fest, where you will find food vendors, specialty vendors, live entertainment, and a wine and beer garden.
