The Union Park Restaurant, located in Hotel Macomber, serves up fine dining American dishes in a sophisticated "Old World" setting.
The restaurant is in an old Victorian home with a wraparound porch. The dining area has ceiling chandeliers and light creme walls that are adorned with classical art works mounted in gold frames, flowery carpeted floors, and large ornate wooden chairs. There are many attractive bouquets of flowers throughout the dining area. antique fixtures, exquisite cuisine. They have two dining rooms with fireplaces.
During the warmer months there is outdoor dining on the front porch.
Owned by partners Chef John Schatz and General Manager Bojidar "Bob" Dimitrov.
Chef Schatz has exhibited his culinary skills at some high-end restaurants in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area, including Restaurant Maureen and the Peter Shields Inn in Cape May, before taking over the Union Park Restaurant.
