Owned and operated by Chef John Schatz and General Manager Bojidar “Bob” Dimitrov, Union Park reflects the pair’s dedication to excellence. Chef Schatz brings a wealth of culinary experience from top-tier establishments in the Philadelphia and South Jersey areas, including Restaurant Maureen and Cape May’s Peter Shields Inn.

The menu showcases classic American cuisine with a sophisticated twist—artfully presented and crafted with fresh, locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. While portions tend to be modest and prices on the higher end, each dish is thoughtfully executed and beautifully plated.

Housed in a stately Victorian home, Union Park features a charming wraparound porch and two elegant dining rooms, each with a cozy fireplace. Inside, you'll find cream-colored walls adorned with classical artwork in gold frames, ornate chandeliers, floral carpeting, and grand wooden chairs. Vibrant bouquets add a fresh touch throughout the space, enhancing the refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
