Theresa's, one of the oldest Italian restaurants in Westfield, is a good place to go for a good traditional Italian meal at a reasonable price.
The Pastas are made fresh on the premises and the red sauces are made with the finest ingredients. They are the reason many locals come here. They offer generous portions of well prepared dishes. Try the specials, they are often well prepared, using fresh ingredients. Save room for dessert.
Theresa's desserts are homemade and sumptuous. The recommended desserts are; The Banana Bread Pudding; The Warm Apple Crustada with Vanilla Gelato and Galliano Caramel; and The Orange Almond Cheesecake with Creme Anglaise and a Crispy Tuile.
The decor is outdated, and a notch below the level of the food. The dining area is small, and dimly lit with tables set with linen coverings.
Tables are spaced close together, During the busy weekends, your apt to find it crowded, noisy, and difficult for quiet conversation.
The service at Theresa's is friendly and attentive.
