The Skillet is a family run operation, with owners Sal Faenza and his wife Nancy.

Sal Faenza has strong ties and experience in working with high quality food purveyors, and customer-focused skills, acquired by having been one of the founders of the successful Tuscany Italian Market in the Freehold, Manalapan, Marlboro area.

The food is creatively prepared using local purveyors fresh, sustainable, organic food, and free-range eggs. While their main entrees are tasty & healthy, their signature coffees and homemade pastries, are not to be missed.
