Quincy's brings a taste of Maine to the Jersey Shore. They are a fast casual dining experience serving fresh Maine Lobster --- generously portioned and reasonable priced--- with limited indoor & outdoor seating.
Their version of the New England favorite is prepared with mayo and butter and each one is served with Cape Cod chips and a pickle.
They also serve a no-carb lobster roll, which substitutes the bread with leaves of baby romaine.
Their featured dish is Classic Lobster Roll, which has large chunks of tender Maine lobster served over a New England-style split-top bun with a light bead of mayo, a drizzle of lemon butter and a dash of seasoning. You can supersize your lobster roll with double meat for an extra $5.
If you're not a fan of lobster, opt for Quincy's crab roll, it has chunks of Maine Jonah crab served in the classic style.
