Owned and operated by Carol and Norman Todd, Chef Norman Todd is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, and served as chef in many fine restaurants in California and Florida before opening Market Roost. His wife Carol Todd is the pastry chef, food stylist, and catering event planner.
The Market Roost is open for breakfast, lunch, and for afternoon tea and pastries. They are widely known their outstanding Weekend brunches, especially the specials of the day.
All bakery and pastry items are made from scratch using high quality ingredients.
The entire selection of brunch items are made from scratch. Their signature item is the Eggs Benedict with freshly-made Hollandaise sauce.The brunch specials change seasonally.
Carol's baked goods, are a rare treat with her signature being the scones made with different flavors including lemon currant, cranberry pecan, apricot almond, and chocolate cappuccino chip.

Market Roost is open five days/week: Wednesday - Friday, 10am - 5pm, Saturday 10 am - 5pm, Sunday 9am - 3:30pm
Weekend Brunch is served on Saturday from 10 am - 2pm, and on Sunday from 9:30 am to 2pm
