Le Peep is a national chain restaurant that breaks away from the mold of the IHOPS and other pancakes houses with an innovative menu and mostly fresh (non-canned) ingredients, and a cozy atmosphere in-line with the non cookie- cutter approach to meal preparation.
For breakfast, some of the popular favorites are:
The Gooey buns - an English muffin broiled with brown sugar cinnamon and almonds and served with cream cheese and apples; The Aspen Crepe - Two light crepes served filled with vanilla ricotta and cream cheese and topped with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar; The Stuffed French Toast - custard dipped French toast stuffed vanilla ricotta and cream cheese filled with orange and lemon zest topped with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar; and the Omni Omelet with ham, sausage, and bacon, with fresh veggies, mushrooms, combo cheese, and sour cream.
For lunch, some of the popular favorites are: The Strawberry Pact Salad - Fresh spinach with strawberries topped with blue cheese, walnuts, red onions, and a Parmesan crusted chicken breast; and the "Say Cheese Burger" with a grilled Angus beef patty, topped with melted cheddar and Jack cheese, garnished with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pickle, and served with a choice of soup, salad, fresh fruit or fries; and the California Turkey - on grilled panini bread, with warm lean turkey, bacon strips, and melted Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes, and sliced, fresh avocados;
The interior has a cozy, modern country farm decor, with many tables.
They are especially popular on weekends, so get there early or expect a line.
Le Peep is open for Breakfast & Lunch, seven days/week.
