Located near the Tropicana, this Versace-designed restaurant is popular with celebrities who look for privacy as well as anyone with an appreciation for well-prepared Southern Italian food.

The restaurant decor is bright and airy, elegantly decorated with upholstery by Versace, and has the feeling of a southern Italian café. The Italian marble tables, gold and royal blue accent colors, and giant urns were found during an archaeological dig in Italy along with a glass curio displaying ancient Italian artifacts mixed with contemporary Versace pieces,

A dominant fixture in the restaurant is the Puglia, Italian style, white-brick oven where pizzas and the carpaccio slices of filet mignon are warmed over.

Owner Gino Iovino presides over a kitchen that serves well-prepared, innovative Italian dishes.

The dishes are prepared from scratch daily. Pasta, bread, focaccia, desserts, and pizza dough are homemade every day.

The service is professional, attentive, and friendly.

During the warmer months, there is dining outdoors on the lush garden patio.

Girasole is open for dinner seven/days/week, except on major holidays.
