Not Recommended For: Diners who prefer a menu with lighter sauce food preparation to bring out the taste of more costly, high end, quality ingredients such as fresh farm-to--table organic produce, meats, poultry, and wild caught seafood.
Recommended dishes: When available, The daily specials prepared with home made pasta; The Manzo al Borolo with pan seared filet mignon, served with Portobello mushrooms and penciled asparagus tips, with a Barolo wine reduction; and for dessert, the Homemade Italian Ricotta Cheesecake.

Albivi is comparable to, though barely a notch above, the many other central Jersey, family-owned, BYOB, traditional Italian restaurants that specialize in the use of heavy sauces.
The large menu features a variety of gourmet brick oven pizzas, soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. Some of the pasta and desserts are homemade.
The interior has two dining areas, with the entrance leading to the takeout pizzeria counter and seating with tables and booths.
The main dining room is off to the right, with a more upscale ambiance and decor of the two dining areas. It is attractively decorated with a large chandelier, dark hardwood flooring, and soft earth-tone walls with dark wood trimming. Ask to be seated in the main dining room for a quieter, more cozy dining experience.
During the warmer months, outdoor dining is available on their attractive patio. The patio has tables with umbrellas attached, surrounded by a variety of colorful potted plants.
The wait staff, dressed in black, is friendly and attentive, and they know the menu well.
On-site parking is available.
Albivi is open seven days/week for lunch & dinner.
