Atlantic City 4th of July Weekend Celebrations

The Atlantic City Fireworks spectacular is the largest in New Jersey and one of the top five fireworks shows in the country.
More than 250,000 people are expected to take in the display along the Boardwalk or at one of the many of the viewing events on the steel pier, at a casino resort and beach bar party.
The first fireworks display will take place on Monday, July 3rd off the Atlantic City beach, from two ocean barges.
On Tuesday, July 4th, the fireworks spectacle will be held in Atlantic City's Marina District from the roof top of the Borgata Casino.
Each show will be 15 minutes long and will be choreographed to music. The shows will begin with a reading of the Declaration of Independence and will include other famous quotes from notable Americans, followed by popular celebratory music by artists performing in Atlantic City. Ending with the patriotic finale of "Stars and Stripes Forever" the John Phillip Souza march.

This year's Freedom and Fireworks Festival features a free concert, food trucks, vendors, carnival rides, games, live music, a Budweiser beer garden, and an awesome fireworks display. The fireworks show will have the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island as its backdrop. The fireworks at Jersey City will be the largest in Northern Jersey with an expected turnout of more than 50,000 spectators. Come early to get ahead of the crowds and spend the day visiting two of the parks major attractions, the Interpretive Center and the state-of-the-art Liberty Science Center. Don't forget to bring your chairs and blankets and settle in early.

This family fun event features a Hot Air Balloon Festival with up to 35 balloons. Explore the Traditional Arts Building featuring demonstrations of quilting, lacemaking and more. Other highlights include 4-H and FFA exhibits and contest.
