Many of us have had it with cold weather and shorter daylight and welcome the month of March and the beginning of Spring and outdoor activities.With the poor economy putting a damper on people getting out to some of the pricier leisure activities, our aim in the months ahead will be to highlight more of the inexpensive leisure activities.

Set in the year 2050, guests progress through the exhibition inventing new "super foods," designing "green cars" and developing their own unique neighborhoods. Choices, designs and creations are digitally stored with a Survival card and combined with those of others until an entire sustainable city has been created.

Kids, ages toddler through 10 years, can come search for Easter Eggs in the orchard. This Annual event includes over 4000 stuffed eggs hidden in a designated field of the orchard. Registration is required the day of the hunt 11:00am to 1:30pm at our country store. The orchard opens at 12:30pm for parking. The Egg Hunt starts promptly at 2pm.

New Jersey's largest art invitational, begins with the Artists Reception on Saturday March 28 at 7:30 p.m. The reception is a great opportunity to meet the artists, enjoy a catered cocktail party, and browse the works in all media by more than 200 artists.
