Recommended dishes: When available, The Jackson Signature Sandwich with grilled or Panko Crusted chicken, mozzarella, roasted peppers, and basil pesto (their side of triple potato salad is excellent); the Thee Zing with Orange Teriyaki grilled chicken on skewers, over a spring mix of walnuts and mandarin oranges; and for dessert, the Bavarian Creme with raspberries.

The White Butterfly Cafe, a seasonal, outdoor eatery, is a popular spot for scenic outdoor, casual dining.
The cafe is mainly outdoors and part of the complex that features a contemporary gift boutique shop.
The featured attraction is their scenic outdoor garden dining patio.
Open during from Spring (mid March) through Fall (Late November), weather permitting. Gas operated patio heaters are used throughout the garden pation to extend the opening in Spring and fall.
The outdoor garden patio, nestled against a backdrop of tall trees, has a European style ambiance with flowering plants, shrubs, ponds, waterfalls, fountains, fire pits, umbrella covered tables, and patio couches.
On most nights there is live music to accompany your dinner. The garden patio comes alive with live entertainment with Karaoke and Open Mic on Tuesday Nights, Live Music every Saturday, and occasionally on Thursdays & Fridays
They serve a light fare menu using fresh ingredients of bruchetta, salads, cheese boards, soups, sandwiches, smoothies, and a few entrees.
Many of the chefs and wait staff are recent Jackson High School graduates, some from the culinary school. On busy evenings the service, often times can be slow.
Their hot and iced coffees are excellent! They use premium, sustainably grown, aromatic, Italian Lavazza coffee.
They are Child friendly with a Kids Menu.
They welcome hosting parties for large groups. The garden patio makes the perfect back drop for a special occasion.
