Located two blocks from Newark Penn Station, Spain Restaurant is typical of the many Ironbound, Newark Spanish-Portuguese restaurants with "Old World" style ambiance that serve up good food with huge portions, at a very reasonable price.
Very little if any, distinguishes this restaurant from the others.
The decor is dated in need of a refreshment. The walls are colorfully adorned with murals and mirrors, hanging chandeliers, and the tables set with white and salmon linen.
They are best known for their lobster and Paella dishes that are well prepared and tasty.
The restaurant offers on-site secure parking.
The service is friendly and attentive.
