The Boathouse Restaurant is a popular Wildwood eatery. The main reason you come here is for the waterfront view, drinks, and for reasonably priced food. It's especially watching the sunset over the water.

This is a large casual restaurant with a typical Jersey Shore menu of seafood, sandwiches, meats, and burgers. The food is basic and mediocre.

The place gets very crowded during the summer months with long waits, sometimes 1-2 hours wait.

While waiting for your table, check in at the bar area for a good variety of beers and cocktails. During the warmer months, there is an outdoor bar that is covered in case there is rain.

The menu offers a large variety of simple prepared, seafood, meats, and salads, that are typical of other Wildwood casual restaurants.

They an attractively priced 2 dinner Sunset Special menu from 4:00PM - 5:30PM daily.

They are child and family friendly with a kid’s menu.

The Boathouse Restaurant operates on seasonal hours, with an opening the first weekend in May.
